 For Coating:

- ¼ cup All-Purpose Flour

- ¾ tsp Salt (divided into three portions)

- 1 ¼ tsp Black Pepper Powder (divided into portions)

- 2 Large Eggs

- 1 tbsp Water

- ¼ cup Bread Crumbs

- 2 tbsp Grated Parmesan Cheese

- 1 tsp Chili Flakes

- 1 tsp Thyme


 For Frying & Garnish:

- 3-4 tbsp Oil

- ½ cup Mozzarella Cheese

- Spring Onions (for garnish)
