Ingredients  

For Dough:  

- 4 Cups All-Purpose Flour  

- 2 Tbsp Instant Yeast  

- 2 Tbsp Sugar  

- 1 Tsp + ¼ Tsp Salt  

- 2-3 Tbsp Oil  


 For Chicken Tikka Filling:  

- 300g Chicken Breast (cubed)  

- ½ Tsp Onion Powder  

- ¼ Tsp Garlic Powder  

- ¼ Tsp Ginger Powder  

- 1 Tbsp Tikka Masala  

- ¼ Tsp Coriander Powder  

- ½ Tsp Red Chili Powder  

- ½ Tsp Cumin Powder  

- 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice  

- 2 Tbsp Chopped Onions  

- 1 Tsp Crushed Garlic  

- ¼ Cup Water  


 For Assembling & Baking:  

- As Needed Chipotle Sauce, Pizza Sauce  

- As Needed Mozzarella Cheese, Cheddar Cheese  

- As Needed Oregano

Directions  

Step 1: Preparing the Dough  

1. In a large bowl, mix flour, instant yeast, sugar, salt, and oil.
