Ingredients  

For Chicken Marination:  

- 1 Kg Boneless Chicken Breast (cut into strips)  

- 1 Tablespoon Paprika Powder  

- 1 Tablespoon Salt  

- 1 Tablespoon Crushed Cumin Seeds  

- 2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice  

- 2 Tablespoons Oil  


For Chicken Fajita Preparation:  

- 1 Kg Marinated Chicken  

- 1 Tablespoon Garlic Paste  


For Vegetable Preparation:  

- 1 Large Onion (julienne)  

- 1 Red Capsicum (julienne)  

- 1 Green Capsicum (julienne)  

- 1 Green Chili (sliced)  

- 1 Chicken Cube (crumbled)  

- 1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Paste  

- 1/2 Teaspoon Cumin Powder  

- 1 Teaspoon Chili Flakes  

- 1/2 Teaspoon Black Pepper Powder  

- 1/2 Teaspoon Salt  

- 1-2 Tablespoons Oil

Directions  

Step 1: Marinate the Chicken  

1. In a large bowl, mix chicken strips with paprika, salt, crushed cumin seeds, lemon juice, and oil.  

2. Ensure all pieces are evenly coated, then cover and let it marinate for 2-4 hours.


Step 2: Cook the Chicken  

1. Heat 2-3 tablespoons of oil in a pan over medium heat.  

2. Add garlic paste and sauté until fragrant.
